Water Exercise is a class for men and women of all ages and abilities. Using water resistance, you can improve   cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and flexibility while avoiding injury in this impact free class.  Instructor Nicole Kelly will be back for the 2006 season.

 

Classes are offered:        Mon &  Wed     9:00-10:00 am

 

Fees:        Swim Members                  $2.50 /class

                   Fair Share Member           $5.00 / class

                   Non-Members          $10.00 /class
