SOCIAL COMMITTEE
A. Purpose
To plan and carry out social activities for all Greenmeadow members to
promote community closeness and build a strong community spirit.

C. Functions and Responsibilities

Develop a schedule for social events.

Organize and select event chairs and support the chairs and their
committees in carrying out their specific events.

Ensure that social events are operated within budget.

Maintain good communications with the Administrative Manager on
planned events and ensure that Greenmeadow facilities are available to
such events.
Any assistance from the Administrative Manager must be approved by the
President of the Board.
D. Composition
The social committee should be composed of between five and seven
members including a chair and co-chair. The Administrative Manager is an
ex-officio member of this committee.
