MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
A. Purpose
To stimulate new and current Greenmeadow residents in becoming
Greenmeadow members and participating in GMCA.

C. Functions and Responsibilities
-
Initiate communications with the realtor selling a house in
Greenmeadow to provide information about Greenmeadow.

Welcome new residents and inform them about Greenmeadow and encourage
them to become members.

Provide new members information concerning GMCA, such as the
Greenmeadow directory, upcoming social functions, quarterly meetings. etc.
-
Introduce new members to the Administrative Manager.
-
Pursue Greenmeadow residents who are not members and encourage them to
become members.
-
Investigate membership issues and make recommendations to the Board.
Any assistance from the Administrative Manager must be approved by the
President of the Board.
D. Composition
A chair, co-chair and four to six members.
