ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
A. Purpose
To review and assist GMCA residents with architectural and remodeling
projects and to be certain that such projects are consistent with the
GMCA covenants.
B. Board Liaison Member
Vice-President.
C. Functions and Responsibilities

Complete the review of submitted projects in a timely fashion.

Notify the Board of its findings and recommendations.

Maintain contact with the Palo Alto Building Department and to stay
current on city zoning and regulations affecting residential building
and remodeling in Palo Alto.

Act as resource for Greenmeadow residents in meeting Greenmeadow
convenants and to assist the Board as requested to resolve any
conflicts between Greenmeadow covenants and submitted plans.

Educate the community on ARCC Committee responsibilities.
Any assistance from the Administrative Manager must be approved by
the President of the Board.
D. Composition
Composed of a chair and at least two GMCA members who have experience,
knowledge or skill in architecture or home building or remodeling and
are willing to serve a three-year term.
